These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tovira (“Tovira,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our web application, Telegram mini app, and related services. By accessing or using Tovira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Tovira is provided by Tovira Technologies Ltd., a company based in Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tovira after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Description of Services
Tovira is a user-configured system that helps you monitor on-chain activity, manage personal tasks, and receive timely updates based on conditions you define.
The platform enables you to:
- Monitor selected wallet activity on the Sui blockchain and receive alerts when specified changes occur
- Set and manage personal reminders or task-based notifications
- Explore on-chain data and ask questions through AI-assisted interfaces
- Initiate supported blockchain actions where explicitly triggered by you
Tovira provides interfaces, including agent-based interactions and dashboard pages, to help you define what to track, when to be notified, and how to respond.
Tovira does not act independently on your behalf. Actions, alerts, and outputs are based on your inputs, configurations, and interactions.
Some features may involve interaction with the Sui blockchain. Blockchain transactions are executed through your connected wallet and are subject to network conditions and fees.
Services may evolve over time and may be in testing or limited-release phases.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use Tovira.
You may access Tovira by creating an account using your email address or by connecting a supported wallet.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and wallet access
- Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date
- All activity that occurs under your account or connected wallet
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tovira complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. User Responsibilities and Risks
Blockchain Interactions
Tovira may interface with the Sui blockchain. Use of blockchain networks involves risks, including but not limited to network delays, congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, transaction finality issues, and price volatility. We do not control the blockchain and are not responsible for outcomes related to these risks.
Alerts and Notifications
Tovira provides alerts and notifications based on conditions you configure. Delivery timing and accuracy may be affected by network conditions, third-party services (e.g., messaging platforms), or system limitations. Notifications are not guaranteed to be instantaneous or error-free.
AI-Assisted Outputs
Some features provide AI-assisted responses or analysis based on available data. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
User Configuration
You are responsible for how you configure monitoring, alerts, and tasks. Tovira acts on the basis of your defined conditions and inputs.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Tovira for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate applicable laws or third-party terms.
Fees
Blockchain network fees (such as gas fees) may apply to transactions initiated through your wallet. Tovira may introduce subscription or premium features in the future; any such fees will be disclosed within the product.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Tovira, including its software, systems, and content, remain with us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal use.
4. Privacy
Your use of Tovira is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Tovira, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Tovira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain activity, third-party services, or user actions
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use Tovira in the 12 months preceding the claim
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tovira and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tovira at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law. Class actions are not permitted.
9. Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including network outages or blockchain disruptions.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tovira.
